In Cydia added source: http://apt.weiphone.com
Search ipeelplus to install V2.5.1
Once ipeelplus software installed.
Then click on green «phone» icon on handset
Click «Setting», select about: click upgrade appeel V5.3 (previous appeel V5.2 was faulty with ipeelplus V2.4.9 and causing phone to remain in power off mode)
Then press and hold power button down for 5 secs on side of phone to activate phone in «power on» mode. That’s it all done.
